Summer Bucket List #2
Hi everyone!! Are you excited for summer? I always am! There is so much to do in the warmer months! However, you probably won’t have sunshine and beach days every single day of the season, so this time I want to share some ideas with you that you can do inside your house, some with and some without your buddies!
1. Game day. Gather your family or friends and sit around the living room sharing laughs and making memories. You can play board games, card games, video games, or whatever other kinds of games you like. Some of my faves include Scattergories, Telestrations, and song trivia games, whether they’re made up or an actual game you can buy at the store. Add snacks and you’re set!

2. Baking. You might enjoy doing this with a pal, but when I’m working in the kitchen I typically like to do it alone. You can find a new recipe to try online then share your creation with the fam, or you can make something you’re especially good at whipping up and share it with neighbors or someone going through a tougher time!
3. Spa night. Ahh… Pedicures and manicures, hair and makeup, cute jammies… Super fun and relaxing! You can go all out and do it all- foot baths, filing and painting nails, doing facials and putting your hair up in rollers- or you can just pick one and be done. This would be a nice quiet activity to do with one other girl or by yourself, or you could make it a party and have all the ladies over! This is one of my favorite ideas on this list. (-;

4. Reading books. Walk to the library, drive to the bookstore, hop on Kindle, browse your own shelves at home, borrow a book from a friend… Make a goal to get some books read this summer! Books are so educational and they can be so relaxing! Find some books you’d be interested in, make a list of the ones you want to read, and read them before summer ends! Take them outside and get some fresh air, cuddle up on the couch with them and spend an evening in, or whatever you want to do! You could even start a book club this summer!
5. Binge watch shows or have a movie marathon. Go back to your childhood and watch some of your old favorites, or find something you’ve never seen before that looks good! Pop some popcorn and grab a blanket and chill! Need a few ideas for movies with a summer vibe? Try The Parent Trap, Soul Surfer, or High School Musical 2!
Ok, guys, these are just a few ideas to get your summer rolling that you can do without leaving the comfort of your home! If you want more ideas like these, let me know! Thanks for reading. Have a beautiful day!
